Finance Manager

Due to year on year growth, my client is in the enviable position to recruit an ambitious and driven Finance Manager. Reporting to the MD the Finance Manager will provide effective financial control and timely and accurate financial management information to Senior Management. The ideal candidate will be looking to develop in this finance role as the company continues to grow in both size of workforce and turnover.

This is an all-encompassing role and you will be required to work closely and build strong relationships across all areas of the business as well as having responsibilities for financial analysis and reporting, as well preparing monthly management accounts and presenting annual forecasts and budgets to Senior Managers within the business.

A key role as Finance Manager is developing and tracking costs and spends on individual projects as well as profitability analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong cost accounting background and experience in manufacturing would be beneficial.

The successful Finance Manager can expect 33 days annual leave, company pension scheme and the client is open to home / office working.
