Agility Resourcing are delighted to be working with one of our oldest clients to find them their next Accounts Clerk. You will have a proven track record within accounts with the ability to provide excellent customer service. My clients are looking for a real team player with strong communication skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer invoicing queries and taking payments
- Raising customer invoices and purchase orders
- Liaising with company finance team to ensure important information is delivered within a timely manner
- Daily banking and departmental administration
- Keep the CRM up to date and gather documentation from new customers
- Maintaining customer relations via phone, email or in person
- Other ad hoc duties when required.
Person specification:
- AAT qualified or QBE
- Strong Excel knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Team player
- Able to take own initiative
