HR Officer:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Human Resources and a genuine interest in their field. This exciting opportunity will be the chance for the right candidate to bolster their understanding of what it means to be a Human resources Officer, whilst working diligently to guarantee employee satisfaction. The HR Officer will be responsible for delivering a dedicated HR service to support the full employee life cycle.

What we need?

  • Review team activities and ensure that deadlines and KPI's are to be met, adjusting where necessary to succeed
  • Liaise with managers and team leaders in the proactive management of sickness absence
  • Complete administrative tasks such as coordinating strategy meetings and reporting outcomes of cases while respecting the privacy of employees and demonstrating integrity
  • Endeavouring to respond to queries in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Assist in the implementation of management policy and provide reports on the outcome
  • High attention to detail and diligent completion of assigned tasks
  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources
