Description

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who enjoys purchase ledger processing invoices? If so, read on. I am currently partnering with a well-established business based in Lancaster who require your help within their accounts payable department.

Duties will include:

  • Inputting invoices on bespoke in-house system
  • Matching credit notes
  • Scanning invoices
  • Dealing with complex queries with suppliers
  • Reconciling statements
  • Raising credit notes
  • General admin

The successful Accounts Assistant will have previous experience processing invoices working within Purchase Ledger and be a confident communicator.
