Agility are delighted to be working with a wonderful organisation who are looking for a new Payroll clerk to eventually help out on the purchase ledger side of things. You will be working as a team of 6, working closely with Finance director, who is an a good friend of Agilities!

What you will be doing:

  • Processing weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls for over 200 staff in total
  • Checking timesheets and ensuring that all hours are correct
  • Keeping on top of hours and checking for absences
  • Processing starters, leavers and pensions
  • Assisting with the processing of purchase ledger and maintaining a purchase order system
  • Supporting with month and year end procedures
  • Other ad hoc duties when required

What you will have:

  • Previous payroll experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Assertiveness
  • Ability to work within a team

In return you will receive:

  • Base salary of up to £28,000
