As part of the Insight Team you will be key to enabling the business to make data-driven decisions. Providing regular reporting and data analytics to influence the design of products and services. You'll do this by effectively leveraging the data and tools available to you to answer key questions and help drive discussions.
This role would suit a graduate who wants to progress within an analytical career and develop technically.
Role Overview:
- Develop a commercial advantage through the proactive provision of powerful management information - supporting the targeting of marketing activity and to understand customer behaviour
- Facilitate decision-making through the delivery of robust MI reporting from the groups' marketing-based customer insight function
- Provision of ad hoc customer analysis to the business to help answer ad hoc business questions from stakeholders
- Assist in the delivery of a suite of regular management information reporting on business KPIs
- Be a customer advocate, helping colleagues to understand and connect with our customers at the overall & segment level
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in a numeric subject i.e. Computer Science, Maths, Physics etc
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI is desirable
- Well-developed problem-solving ability
- Accurate, persistent with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with the drive to succeed
