Agility is delighted to be working with a manufacturer and distributor of Plastics based in Wythenshawe, and due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to join one of their thriving and growing subsidiaries.

What you will be doing:
- Own the payment process - ensuring our suppliers are paid the right amount at the right time, sending remittances, answering queries, and reconciling statements.
- Liaise with accountants on all financial operations.
- Maintain clear communication with customers - sending payment reminders for customers and regular statements of accounts.
- Carry out full end-to-end Purchase Ledger process.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Posting customer payments.
- Processing payments.
- Assist in the weekly payroll data collection.
About you:
- Working towards AAT.
- Advanced Excel and organisational skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to dive into data and find insights.
- Experience with accounting software.
