My client is currently looking for a Graduate Commercial Finance Analyst to join their Rotational Graduate Scheme, this will see the role spend time across Sheffield, Cardiff and Glasgow on a 12-month basis requiring relocation. This permanent full-time role is working for a large PLC business that demonstrates strong annual growth and therefore allows a fantastic opportunity to progress your career.
Ideally, they are looking for a candidate with strong academic background with demonstrated consistency.
Key responsibilities within this role would be as follows:
- Weekly and monthly reporting of sales and procurement performance
- Updating customer, technical and sales trackers
- Maintaining sales prices list approvals
- Preparation of weekly and monthly sales and purchasing journals
- Lead product costing process engaging cross functionally with development, production and commercial teams
- Reconciliation of purchasing balance sheet accruals
- Ad-hoc support on commercial and procurement scenarios and analysis
What we are looking for?
- Predicted/degree in Accounting/Maths/Economics/Business etc (2:1 or above)
- A placement year within a finance setting is desirable
- A strong desire to attain a professional Finance qualification e.g. CIMA
- Strong team engagement and relationship building skills
- Keen eye for detail
- High levels of personal integrity
- Good levels of learning agility
- Hands-on approach with a solution minded outlook
- Effective communicator
- Enthusiastic and driven
