Agility are delighted to be working with a local manufacturer based in Chorley. If you have purchase ledger experience and are looking for a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

What you will be doing:

Taking responsibility for the purchase ledger, processing invoices and completing multiple way matches to purchase orders

  • Processing payments and managing intercompany accounts
  • Confirming authorised signatories and authorisation levels for cost centres
  • Processing good receipts
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets of invoice breakdowns
  • Monitoring open invoices on a monthly basis
  • Identifying and resolving queries
  • Other ad hoc duties

What you will have:

  • 2 years experience within Purchase Ledger
  • Strong Excel skills including V look-ups and Pivot tables
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP (desirable)
  • Ability to work in a team
