Description
Agility are delighted to be working with a wonderful organisation who are looking for a new Payroll clerk to eventually help out on the purchase ledger side of things. You will be working as a team of 6, working closely with Finance director, who is an a good friend of Agilities!
What you will be doing:
- Processing weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls for over 200 staff in total
- Checking timesheets and ensuring that all hours are correct
- Keeping on top of hours and checking for absences
- Processing starters, leavers and pensions
- Assisting with the processing of purchase ledger and maintaining a purchase order system
- Supporting with month and year end procedures
- Other ad hoc duties when required
What you will have:
- Previous payroll experience
- High attention to detail
- Assertiveness
- Ability to work within a team
In return you will receive:
- Base salary of up to £28,000
