Your Role at a Glance:
- Respond to customer queries and complaints via email and social media with professionalism and care-liaise with third-party couriers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Manage and monitor stock
- Keep packaging stock in check, placing timely orders with suppliers to maintain supply flow.
- Raise invoices and credit notes using financial systems and online ordering platforms. Print courier labels, organize deliveries, and provide pick lists for factory dispatch.
- Support the Commercial Team with various ad-hoc tasks.
- Verify orders, including customer details and payment information, and address any discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers to answer queries, expedite orders, and keep them informed.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records while relaying feedback to relevant departments.
