We are seeking to appoint a Principal Developer to spearhead the development of products supporting the broader stakeholders in the business.
Leading the development of innovative tools to enhance analysis standards and evidence quality of work. You will be overseeing a sub-team comprising internal colleagues and external contractors, delivering products and solutions, and providing insights.
What we're looking for:
- The ideal candidate will possess a robust track record in designing and overseeing software and web services.
- Experience in developing and implementing modelling and data analytics solutions within a broader framework.
- Demonstrable proficiency in planning and managing projects/programs of work, along with managing programs involving the development and application of various software products, is essential.
- The ability to lead the development of intricate technical outputs and contribute to the development of strategies, plans, and business cases is paramount.
- Undertake and oversee the delivery of strategic analysis from multiple data sources, identifying key themes and requirements, to support the development strategic design solutions and/or a comprehensive evidence base.
- As a leader, you should be adept at representing stakeholder forums, and showcasing your effectiveness in managing complex relationships with external and internal stakeholders at a strategic level.
- A strong track record of leading the designing scripts, software and web services; significant experience with any wireframing softwareES2
- A strong track record of leading the development of scripts, software and web services; significant Python and/or JavaScript experience preferred
You must hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, alongside a professional qualification or commensurate experience.
