A summary of duties will inculde :

  • Managing the day-to-day smooth running of the office.
  • Acting as a personal assistant to the Director
  • Organising weekly team meetings and Zoom/Teams invites.
  • Management of the Finance Inbox and ensuring Purchase Orders are raised in a timely manner a
  • Writing and editing company correspondence, collating reports
  • Assisting with minor technical support
  • Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Handling and responding to correspondence
  • Being the central point of contact for the day-to-day operations and communicating updates to the team.
  • Organising company travel.
  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Previous experience in an administration / finance role
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel / Word
