A summary of duties will inculde :
- Managing the day-to-day smooth running of the office.
- Acting as a personal assistant to the Director
- Organising weekly team meetings and Zoom/Teams invites.
- Management of the Finance Inbox and ensuring Purchase Orders are raised in a timely manner a
- Writing and editing company correspondence, collating reports
- Assisting with minor technical support
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Handling and responding to correspondence
- Being the central point of contact for the day-to-day operations and communicating updates to the team.
- Organising company travel.
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
The ideal candidate will have :
- Previous experience in an administration / finance role
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident communicator
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel / Word
