The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company's financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and daily financial operations. Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
