Finance Manager
Location: Huddersfield - Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Agility is looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to manage daily financial operations and work closely with the Director of Finance. This role encompasses financial planning, analysis, reporting, cost control, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance and trend analysis.
- Manage the outsourced payroll process, including pension contributions.
- Oversee the month-end process, preparing draft financial reports and accounts packs.
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting activities.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying key drivers and variances.
- Track and improve financial KPIs.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring effective liquidity and working capital management.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities within business units.
Qualifications:
- ACCA / CIMA certification
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar financial leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations
- Proficiency in Sage, Xero, and Excel
