Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full payment process for B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Perform regular reconciliation of payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data to improve payment accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead process improvements to streamline operations and enhance payment workflows.
- Manage high transaction volumes while maintaining a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in payment reconciliation.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume payments in a B2B environment.
- Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, merchant accounts, and payment processors.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and other security standards.
- Understanding of credit card networks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- Experience with payment authorization, capture, settlement, and chargeback process
- Awareness of regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC)) related to payments.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in payment management.
