Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding role in administration? We're hiring an Administrator to provide vital support to our home, ensuring smooth operations and confidentiality in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

  • Accurately input payroll hours weekly
  • Process new starters and leavers efficiently
  • Track and record annual leave
  • Assist with recruitment by posting job vacancies and arranging interviews
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks and induction training are completed
  • Take meeting notes and assist with HR queries
  • Handle safe recruitment tasks like DBS checks and reference chasing

Finance:

  • Update spreadsheets daily with resident funding changes
  • Communicate admissions and discharges to the Finance Controller
  • Verify supplier invoices and forward them for payment
  • Address outstanding debts with the credit controller

General Duties:

  • Build relationships with clients, relatives, and professional visitors
  • Answer calls professionally and relay messages promptly

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience in administration
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
