My client is a leading manufacturer in Lancaster and is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of 5 and partner with the Finance Director on financial strategy and operational excellence. This is an new role and will be a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven Accountant looking to take the next step on their career journey.

THE ROLE

As Finance Manager responsibilities will include driving management accounts production, take the lead with budgeting and forecasting as well developing insightful KPI reporting. You will manage a high-performing team of 5 and play a key role in identifying efficiency opportunities as well as supporting strategic decision-making.

YOU BRING

• Part qualified CIMA/ACCA (essential)
• 3+ years in similar finance management role (essential)
• Manufacturing sector experience
• Team leadership expertise
• Strong analytical and systems skills
• Exceptional communication abilities
