Location: Kendal (on-site)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Study Support
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in the production of monthly management accounts, provide valuable insight to aid business decisions, and support financial reporting processes as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Produce variance analysis and commentary to support departmental decision-making
• Maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work on ad hoc finance projects and process improvements
• Liaise with external auditors and assist with year-end

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant management accounts experience
• Strong Excel skills and confident using financial systems
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments
• Must be able to commute to Kendal
