Salary: £42k + Pension + 26 Days Holiday

About the Role:
As Payroll Manager you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end payroll process for both weekly and monthly paid staff. You'll work closely with site managers, HR, and Finance to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time - every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Payroll Professionals
- Process payroll from start to finish for weekly and monthly employees
- Maintain and update employee records in line with compliance standards
- Ensure accurate calculation of pay, deductions, holiday pay, and pensions
- Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with HMRC and other external bodies as required
- Provide payroll reports and analysis to the finance team
- Keep up to date with relevant payroll legislation and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation, RTI, and pension auto-enrolment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple payrolls across various locations
